Interlibrary Loan Requests and Turnaround Times Alert

INTERLIBRARY LOAN ALERT: New Interlibrary Loan System Update

On Monday, August 10, 2020, the NCU Library will be moving to a new interlibrary loan system named Tipasa. All requests for needed resources, such as journal articles and book chapters, must be submitted through the new interface beginning on this date. You will receive an email on August 10th with instructions for accessing your interlibrary loan account and setting up a password in the new Tipasa system. Updated guides and information will also be available through this page.

As part of the transition, interlibrary loan requests received in the current ILLiad system will not be processed after Thursday, August 6, 2020. The ILLiad interlibrary loan system will be left operational in a restricted capacity following the release of the new system so that outstanding electronic article and chapter requests can be retrieved. If you have any electronic articles or other information to download from your ILLiad account, please do so by Wednesday, August 26, 2020.
